I'm a new client to Nails Plus but so far, I'm totally impressed. This salon is expansive & has a very relaxing ambiance. I come here with my bestie for a monthly mani/pedi session but they have soooo much more than just nails. They offer HEAD SPA packages which is an elevated relaxation experience & really puts you into a full pamper yourself type of mode. It's like a facial & a hair wash & a neck/scalp massage all in one. I can't explain just how relaxing it is. You just have to try it for yourself to understand. The pedicure menu is also ample so there is a price point for everyone. The hot stones & minty steamy leg wraps are my favorite! I've had a wonderful experience with Ivy & Tiffany personally, but everyone was super friendly, accommodating & professional. They offered water, tea & light snacks during our last visit. They do make an effort to make you feel welcomed & appreciated. I don't even live in Peoria, so it's a trek (worth it tho) but my best friend is close so we are always excited for our monthly visit to Nails Plus!

Paid $35? For the sport pedicure. It was just a service to cut my toe nails and a 5 minute rub on my legs. Wasn't asked for a polish color which is supposed to be included. I always get clear. My toe nails came out rough and scratchy, didn't buff or file down. She did offer me a bottle of water which is why I gave 2 stars. I sat for almost 20 minutes and was out the door because I was "all done." I expected more but I guess that's what is offered here. Minimal effort is what I say.

Sigh! Beyond tired of getting charged more than quoted AND being rushed AND not getting what I asked for. Pedicure was quoted $60. Full set with gel polish manicure $40. Why did I pay $150 AND have these short square nails when I asked for coffin shaped and you confirmed 3 times!!??

Second time I have been stood up for appointment with Ivy. No courtesy call to cancel or reschedule my appointment. They have lost a loyal customer and any referrals. If I could give no stars I would.

Nice open, spacious & inviting nail salon with plenty of pedicure chairs and place for manicure. Everyone is good and thorough. I drive a little ways from home to come and relax & treat myself to a pedicure. Walk-ins are welcome but they do get busy on weekends.
