@summerofgeorge3 We know they don't like bad publicity. That's why they changed the name of their cable/internet service to Xfinity (they thought we'd forget about the problems before the change). Bad PR is a more likely motivator for them to sell than a revenue drop the suits deem insignificant

what happens next? Biden (who I hear DID personally support Sohn) will nominate somebody industry can accept, but by the time they're seated they'll have no time to implement any meaningful reform before the next election, much as Comcast, AT&T, and News Corporation intended.

the Flyers fan protest is a great idea. Decreased revenue from a decrease in ticket sales is a drop in the bucket that the suits at Comcast won't notice. But this is a public shaming and bad PR exposure that big companies want to avoid as it reflects on their other entities

@DiscussingFilm If this is true, it's probably because Bob Iger is really going to sell the 67% of Hulu to Comcast in order to get Hulk and Namor's IP's from Universal later this year. So it wouldn't make sense to make a series when you're not going to keep the network.
