My experience at California State Polytechnic University Pomona is that college students will learn more about the subjects that they took from high school, in other words, they can further understand the basic concepts and methods they had learned from high school through college study here at Cal Poly. The college life is enjoyable because students can make connections and friendships with other college students. Plus, there are plenty of fun activities and opportunities such as part time jobs on campus, and university booths that gives free school supplies.

I enjoy being a student at CPP, as the professors are good and the classes are easy to register for. There are lots of on campus resources and activities as long as you are willing to participate in them. Housing can be difficult to get as freshman are prioritized over transfer/returning students. There has been some issues with safety (theft and assault) but I've seen a lot of police and security on campus so personally I feel safe.

I am an architecture major at CPP, and I am very content and fulfilled with the program. The professors are great and the community we form in studio really helps!
